Located in John Labatt Visual Arts Centre at Western University, the Artlab Gallery is a vital part of the Department of Visual Arts. The Gallery is focused on projects that involve and respond to social and cultural issues, primarily supporting the research and practice of students and faculty. Each year approximately 14 projects and events are presented, exploring conceptual and experimental production that includes a wide range of mediums.
While the Artlab does not accept unsolicited submissions, the Steering Committee and Department are open to projects and initiatives of all kinds that have the potential to connect the Department with the University, the City of London, the Southwestern Ontario region and beyond.

Childreach has been serving London families since 1975!  This is your one-stop destination for FREE playgroups all over the city, FREE parenting workshops on everything from toilet training to love languages, and FREE parent-child classes such as infant massage, letter fun, and little counters.  It also houses the only toy library in Southwestern Ontario!  Families can choose from more than a thousand quality toys, games, and puzzles to borrow just as you would borrow books from a library – for only $35 a year.

DNA is a privately owned commercial art gallery based in London, Ontario. Dedicated to the importance of investing in contemporary art in Canada, the owners, Allison and Damir Matic, established the space in 2013. DNA occupies the first and second levels of 123 Dundas Street. The building’s central location provides an accessible environment for the public to frequently engage with contemporary art. With rotating exhibitions, discussions, and the DNA bookshop, the gallery works to promote and sustain itself within the current dialogue of contemporary art.
