London Ontario Culture
While the Artlab does not accept unsolicited submissions, the Steering Committee and Department are open to projects and initiatives of all kinds that have the potential to connect the Department with the University, the City of London, the Southwestern Ontario region and beyond.
Childreach has been serving London families since 1975! This is your one-stop destination for FREE playgroups all over the city, FREE parenting workshops on everything from toilet training to love languages, and FREE parent-child classes such as infant massage, letter fun, and little counters. It also houses the only toy library in Southwestern Ontario! Families can choose from more than a thousand quality toys, games, and puzzles to borrow just as you would borrow books from a library – for only $35 a year.
Exhibits and stimulating learning experiences allow children to explore history and heritage, investigate the complexities of science and social relationships, and celebrate the beauty in art and culture. The Children’s Museum helps children indulge their curiosity and play their way to a life of innovation and creative discovery.
