Presented and curated by London’s Music Office and the Junos 2019 Host Committee, Toronto’s Canadian Music Week hosted an eclectic mix of six emerging bands from the Forest City at the College street mainstay-The Hideout.

While recent Grooves Records Records signees: Never Betters swooned listeners with their charming brand of shoegaze infused pop punk. Bands such as Legal Kill, Wolf Saga, Texas King and Cat Clyde, entertained fans with their top tier musicality.

Closing out the event saw Out of Sound’s WHOOP-Szo perform their unique take on psychobilly and grunge – keeping the crowd energized and in awe, as they also crucially acknowledged and paid homage to our First Nations ancestors and the traditional territory London inhibits.
