He is an active member of the local music community and plays bass in several musical projects, most notably, London based rock and rollers Hiroshima Hearts.

If you want to get on Michael’s good side, buy him a shawarma.
Kat Kaill, Treasurer
Kat Kaill studied Broadcast Journalism at Ryerson and was an assistant video editor in Toronto for a couple of years. When she moved back to London in 2003, she took up a career in the Not-for-profit sector. She worked for agencies such as United Way, YOU and ATN in various roles ranging from finance assistant to fundraiser, to employment specialist.
She has two eccentric boys, one is 14 and currently into the drama scene in London and the other who is 6 and brings joyful drama into her life.
Being part of LondonFuse has allowed Kat to use her experience learned in the NFP sector while supporting a community she is passionate about.
Madison Cawker, Board Secretary and Director of Innovation
Madison has been board secretary of LondonFuse since July 2016. Madison has a BFA in Film Studies from Ryerson University and a post-graduate diploma in Arts Management from Western University. She is a Senior Video Production Coordinator at Diply, where she makes crazy viral videos for a variety of platforms. In her spare time, she is probably doing too many things, including podcasting, gaming, watching wrestling and tweeting constantly.
Madison is an art junkie and was first exposed to London’s art scene when she came here as a student in 2013. Since then, she has made it a mission to be involved in as many facets of London’s arts and culture scene as possible.
Madison’s vision for London is a united community of artists and creators who are uninhibited by costs and lack of resources; a city with spaces to create, display, work and play for all disciplines.
Pilar Santiago has been a member of the LondonFuse Board of Directors since April 2017.
She is a proud graduate of King’s University College, Western University with a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies, with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
The decision to join Board of Directors of LondonFuse came from Pilar’s desire to become more involved in the human resources side of a not for profit that is supporting London’s Arts and Culture scene.
Pilar is the Talent Development Coordinator at London Economic Development Corporation. She helps develop and deliver talent acquisition services by working closely and collaboratively with client companies in key sectors, and non-profit agencies in London’s employment eco-system.
In her spare time, Pilar enjoys going to the gym, and eating too much pizza.
Nick joined the LondonFuse board in June 2017 after a couple of months working with the organization (and realizing how awesome it is).
His decision to join the board came from his desire to be a part of an organization that is so passionate about expanding and supporting London’s incredible arts & culture scene.
He is a graduate of Western University in both Science and Education, with a minor in Film Studies.
By day, Nick provides administrative support, bookkeeping services, and website services as the General Manager of Mind Your Own Business. By night, he is husband, dad, video gamer, theatre-attender, food-taster, sports-lover and avid movie buff.
You can usually find Nick hanging out at Innovation Works with an Edgar & Joe’s tea in hand.
