Hi Melissa. Thanks. I don't know the lady's name but the last time i saw her, she had really red about shoulder length hair and a blunt fringe and she had this pin-up style going on. She has a a daughter and a son. I believe the Daughter's name starts with an N, most likely Natalie or something like. She may have gotten her ears pieced for her birthday because they also bought earrings from me with that plan. I hope this helps and doesn't confuse you more. thanks and have a great say :D
