We've been open since 2007 in the heart of downtown London; offering classes in many styles of martial arts and fitness, as well as providing space for artist and musicians.We were also formerly the host of the monthly "Underground Sound" events, where local musicians and visual artists gathered together to share their work. We've been aiming to make programs that are more accessable, affordable and welcoming than previously found in London.
