I remember the fire that took down the Embassy. Pete Lebel posted photos of the blaze just after it happened. Embassy was an eccentric but true cultural hub. This banner is a cool nod but also forward thinking nudge. Check out sweetmagiclondon.com for more info about this popup installation.

It's super cool that something so simple reminds you immediately of what once owned that space and really makes you think about what eventually could again.

I just think it would make a great community garden, with the understanding that it could go away as soon as someone had a plan for it. I picture the entire block filled with giant sunflowers.

I would love to see it turn into something more than the apartment building they are intending to use it as. Love the banner, keep up the great work!
