Ryan Bourne is a prolific singer/songwriter/guitarist offering an explosive pop form. His explorations in rock and roll music began with beloved Calgary group Interstellar Root Cellar, with whom he released one album and performed to sold out crowds in western Canada. He has been a creative presence in the Calgary scene for years, as well as performing abroad in Dharmasala, India, the Andamans and New York City. Ryan’s debut record, ‘Supermodern World Of Beauty’, is a sprawling psych-pop gem produced by Jay Crocker at Calgary based Artunit Studios, coming out May 11, 2010 on Calgary label Saved By Radio. Ryan is currently writing, and recording in preparation for his next record, and touring.
