Unlike a regular conference where speaking slots are allotted only to the highest bidder, Unconferences are by you, for you. Without people like you willing to get up and talk in front of other attendees (or lead a panel discussion or give a demo) there really isn't any reason for us to get together at all. If you have some knowledge you'd like to share please sign up to give a session/presentation.
