Musician/composer Robert Bruce is back at Museum London to perform live music to the silent film The General (1926, 107 min, comedy romance). When Union spies steal an engineer's locomotive, Buster Keaton pursues it single-handedly straight through enemy lines. Bruce's live music/silent film performance offers the spontaneity of a live concert against the backdrop of 1920s cinema. This is a great opportunity to experience first-hand how silent film was originally presented.
