The eighth installment of the London Photo Walk will be taking place in the East London Industrial area. Under suggestion of one of our participants we will be heading to this area to see what type of interesting photos we can gather.
The details of the walk are as follows:
Date: Saturday, November 21st, 2009
Time: 4pm – 6pm
Location: East London Industrial Area
Meeting Spot & Route: Boyle Community Centre Park (Princess Ave @ Charlotte St.) Free Parking
After: Sam & Bill’s Sports Bar (Dundas Street @ Ashland Ave)
Over the coming years this area is slated to undergo a number of development changes and as such this is a great idea to be documenting it now. It currently contains a number of heritage buildings which add character to the area.
I’ve personally done some extensive work regarding this area and have been out to photograph it a number of times and there certainly are some great images to be captured.
We look forward to seeing each and everyone of you out at this walk. Remember, as we move into winter all participants should dress appropriately for the weather.
