From Farmers Fields to Rooftop Gardens with Author Sarah Elton

Join CBC Radio food columnist Sara Elton for a talk about her new book "Locavore: From Farmers’ Fields to Rooftop Gardens, How Canadians are Changing the Way We Eat". It describes a collection of farmers, chefs and city gardeners who are trying to rebuild a local food system in Canada.

Elton’s talk is in conjunction with the exhibition "Dig In: Urban Farming during War and Peace" and the art exhibition "Garden Variety". Her book will be for sale.
