I think it would be interesting to explore the residential opportunities on Dundas st. For others like myself, living in the middle of the central community in London is attractive - proximity to the Market where you can get fresh local food, residing near interesting shops, galleries, the library, and the constant flow of people. It seems to me right now that finding places to live on Dundas St. is very old fashioned - find a sign, call the number, negotiate an appointment.

Has anyone ever explored setting up some sort of online dundas st. housing app? I love the historic buildings, and it'd be neat to see inside, and look for housing opportunities!

Dude, Farhi should definitely put some QR Codes in the windows of his downtown properties. There is a demographic of young professionals relocating to downtown and an app would bring exposure to his property and tell young adults that downtown is a good place for them.
