When you hear the word “breakdance”, what really comes to mind? Probably you will be thinking of guys spinning on their heads or standing on their hands, but in fact it is so much more than that.
If you can surpass these prejudges you will actually discover a whole different world. A world where everything revolves around love and respect.
The Breakin’ workshops will involve the actual aspects of the dance itself, but also focus on a full range of strength and flexibility based moves that are either used or helpful for Bboying (Breakdancing). Sample exercises include Bridges, Pikes, Turtles, Squats, etc. Get a great workout while creating better balance and muscle control.
12:00 – 1:00: Adult Breakin Workshops
These workshops will definitely form a challenge for who is participating. The class will focus on building stronger muscles & joints through “freezes and breakin’ forms, also cardio will be applied through various continues Breakin’ movements like 6-step.
1:00 – 2:00: Kids 10+ Workshops
These classes will be focussed on having fun, getting in touch with the music and most importantly to learn all basic moves in a safe and controlled environment.
2:00 – 3:00: Kids 10- Workshops
Come in, let’s turn the music up, have fun and slowly start learning the original form of breakin. Great way for small children to have fun, by being energetic and for parents to have some time to themselves.

Started at the age of 16, Nick travelled and visited quite some countries in the world, all to learn the various aspects of Breakin’. With over 3 years in teaching experience, Nick is an ideal teacher that can level towards not only different dancers, but also different age groups.
By using humor, proper foundation and good techniques, Nick’s workshops form an excellent platform for beginners to start learning or for more advanced dancers to reach for that next level.
