Practice Loft will be closing March 1 2011

To the supportive and beautiful community of Practice Loft members,

The Practice Loft will be closing it's doors as of March 1st 2011. We are sure that many of you will have questions concerning the closing. Please feel free to contact Heather and Aron via the practice loft email: yoga@practiceloft.ca, phone 519-204-2608 or through our personal facebook accounts. We welcome your questions and concerns and we will do our best to answer them all.

We are deeply grateful for the support and experiences we have shared with you over the last year. Sharing classes with all of you at the Practice Loft was everything we hoped it would be, and will always be dear to our hearts. We wish to support your journey as best we can and have a number of options for the continuation of your practice. Feel free to contact us to discuss those further.

We are hoping that all of you will find the time to visit us for one last class and farewell event/ workshop afternoon in the Practice Loft space.

Vocal Improvisation-
"Playing with voice, for healing, expression and good ol' fashioned fun. Beatboxing, vocal percussion, layering sounds and using a loop pedal. Play inside the understanding that we all have the ability to make music, and improvise song. We will make space for some vocal jams to happen. All levels of experience welcome. . .***especially people who think they 'can't sing'."

Hula Hoop Dance Workshop -
"Whether you're a beginner or an experienced hooper you're not going to want to miss this workshop!
This hoop dance workshop covers basic hula hooping, dance sequences and explorations with movement and flow. For more advanced hoopers we provide alternate tricks such as isolations, isopops, catseye, votexes and much more. You do not need to bring your own hoop, there will be plenty provided."

Hoop Dance Jam -
Beatboxing Loops with Betty and any one else from the workshop or otherwise that wanna get down in some collaborative creation, making music for the folks to spin hoops and dance to.

We are asking for $10-30 per workshop and $5-10 for the show.
No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
