I found this video by accident after getting really really excited about an old Rick James video (i.e.: http://bit.ly/iTPDJh) and running to gush about it to a couple friends.
One of them is named Maylee Todd and she's amazing. This video should be pretty inspirational to just about any aspiring musician (or at least it was for me!):
