8-Bit Costume? I've never heard of such a thing. Well, Kiel Johnson and Klai Brown, of hyperbolestudios.com, built just such a costume for Toshiba commercial. The costume is built from about 4000 high-density foam blocks, or pixels, which are then glued to a cardboard frame.
